- Return Eligibility
Returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered. However, a replacement, or refund may be considered if:
- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product arrives damaged, leaking, or with broken packaging.
- The product has expired before delivery.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos of the issue.
- Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Requests based solely on a change of mind.
- Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to appear.
- Replacement Policy
For eligible claims, we may either provide a replacement product or issue a full refund, based on the circumstances and the evidence submitted.

- Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel orders only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be issued.
- How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please email support@ashirvaddairy.com with your Order Number, Name, Contact Number, reason for the request, and supporting photos or videos.
- Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable. However, if a refund or replacement is approved due to our error, the corresponding shipping charges will also be refunded.
